Free the Hops!

Yesterday, the Alabama State Senate passed HR 373, or the Gourmet Beer bill. Pushed by the advocacy group Free the Hops, this bill has seen an uphill battle since it's inception two years ago. Now, it's passed in both the House and the Senate--- and all it needs is Governor Riley's signature to become law.

If you support HR 373, go to http://www.freethehops.org/blog for instructions and call, email, or fax Gov Riley with your views on the bill ASAP!

Oh-- and don't forget to go to Magic City Brewfest June 5th and 6th!
